*Refundable:
1. Registration Fee is not refundable
2. Kit fee is not refundable due to sanitary consideration.

-Length of time in course depends on number of hours student contracts on a monthly basis as specified in the enrollment agreement.

-Students are expected to complete their training within the maximum time allowed as specified in enrollment agreement.If a student exceeds the time frame outlined, an extra instruction charge may be assessed for the balance of the hours required for the completion of the course. An addendum to the enrollment agreement will reflect the hours to complete the remaining required hours. Extra instruction charge for all courses will be based on a flat hourly rate or $5.00 per hour.

-Supplemental hours or brush up course will be based on a flat hourly rate of $8.00 per hour and a registration fee of $75.00.
NO KIT FEE REQUIRED.

-For foreign students who require to have a M-1 Student Visa issued by the school and approved by the U.S. Dept. of Justice-Immigration & Naturalization, a standard processing fee of $2,000 will be applied. The Visa/I-20 fee includes the filings of the intial application, renewal application, and application for practical training (authorization for employment).

Culver City Beauty College reserves the right to change tuition and fees without prior notice. Any changes will not affect attending students already under contract.
