Overview & Objectives

At Culver City Beauty College, our prime objective is to offer training that prepares the students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the California State Board exams and obtain the practical license in cosmetology, aesthethic, and cosmetology instructor. In this process, our secondary objective is to maximize the development and personal growth of each student as a total person, to help each student discover his/her potential and eventually function as cosmetology entrepreneurs. Hair artists, skin care specialists, and teachers of the future.

Our Prime vocational objective is to train and produce graduates with the necessary training to seek and find emplyment in fast growing 20 billion dollars a year beauty industry. The successful stufent should be able to function effectively in one of the many specialty areas such as: hair stylist, hair colorist, or as a beauty salon operator. The normal progression should move him/her to positions such as beauty salon manager, beauty salon owner, or cosmetology instructor.
